Angular contact ball bearings can withstand both radial and axial loads. Can work at higher speeds. The greater the contact angle, the higher the axial load carrying capacity. High-precision and high-speed bearings usually take 15 degrees of contact angle. With an axial force, the contact angle increases. Single-row angular contact ball bearings can only withstand axial loads in one direction and, when subjected to radial loads, will cause additional axial forces. And can only limit the axial displacement of the shaft or shell in one direction. In the case of paired double mounting, the outer rings of a pair of bearings are opposed, that is, the wide end faces the wide end face, and the narrow end faces the narrow end face. This avoids additional axial forces and limits the shaft or housing in the axial clearance in both directions.
