Double row Angle contact ball bearing is a new product developed by our company for steel, mine, plate and high-speed wire mill. In the process of development and trial production, the main problem is that the bearing clearance is not well controlled, can not meet the design requirements stably, and the fitting rate is low. Through the trial-manufacture of several kinds of products, we have found out some rules and methods to solve problems.
1. Main factors affecting axial clearance
Taking double inner ring Angular Contact Ball Bearing as an example, the main factors affecting axial clearance are as follows:
(1) shape error of inner and outer channel, i.e. groove "R" error.
(2) the central position error of the channel is mainly the position error of the inner groove center to the small end surface of the inner ring reference and the relative position error of the outer ring two groove centers.
(3) radial clearance of two columns.
